| PARKING | Covered parking is available at the Century City Conference Centre. The parking bay is accessible via Conference Lane. |
| ACCESS | Please ensure that you have submitted the correct details for State Security Vetting on the registration form. *ONLY DELEGATES THAT HAVE BEEN ACCREDITED BY SSA WILL BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO THE VENUE. |
| ACCREDITATION | Accreditation will take place at Bridgewater 1 (opposite the parking entrance of Century City Conference Centre). Accreditation will be open on 14-15 Oct, 09h00 – 18h00 | 16 Oct, 08h00 – 18h00 | 17 Oct, 08h00 – 12h00. Please bring a copy of your ID along for verification purposes. Please collect your Delegate Pass from the Registration Desks at Bridgewater 1. Your registration pass will allow you full access to the conference from the 16th to 17th October as well as the on-site networking events (provided you have been accredited). |
| TRAVEL & TOURS | Tourvest Incentives Meeting and Events is the preferred Destination Management Company (DMC). Please direct flights, shuttles, accommodation, visa application and tour requests to fazlin.anthony@tourvest-ime.com. Conference delegates are responsible for coordinating their own travel arrangements and will be invoiced directly by Tourvest for travel services. |
| ON-SITE SUPPORT | Our team will be on-site to at the venue reception desk to assist you with any queries. Medical staff will be available on site in the event of an emergency. For on-site queries, please speak to the event staff at the Service Desk in the Foyer. |
